Donald J. Cruickshank, President
Don co-founded Chemical Distributors, Inc. in 1976. He is a leader in the chemical distribution business, and has been active in the field since 1966. Currently serving on the Pacific Northwest Paint Council’s Operating Committee, he is a member of the National Paint and Coatings Association Suppliers Committee. Don holds a BA in Chemistry from Portland State University.
Steve Cruickshank, Technical Sales
Steve graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Chemistry in 2003. Steve spent one year working for CH2M Hill as a lab analyst in the company’s Corvallis, OR laboratory, Steve joined CDI in a sales capacity in May of 2004.
John Mitchell, Portland Salesman
In 1978, John began his career in the coatings industry working in the laboratory and factory of McCloskey Varnish Company. He joined CDI in 1984 as a salesman, and is now responsible for sales to accounts in the Pacific Northwest and the Rocky Mountain regions. A member of the Pacific Northwest Society for Coatings Technology, John graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Business Administration. Ken Wenzel, Operations Manager
Ken began his career with Rassmussen Paint Company in Beaverton, Oregon in 1970 and worked as a paint chemist from 1974 through 1976. He worked for McCloskey Varnish Company in Portland from 1977 through 1989 as a plant engineer, purchasing agent, and production manager. Ken graduated from Portland State University with a BS in Applied Sciences and joined CDI in 1989. |
